Join us for our March General Membership Meeting at the Muskegon Community College FabLab, a high-tech makerspace open to the public with a membership. This innovative space is a true gem in Muskegon, providing access to cutting-edge technology for creators, entrepreneurs, and hobbyists.
The meeting will take place on Monday, March 25th, from 6PM to 7PM at the MCC FabLab. Before the meeting, from 6PM-6:30PM, attendees will have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the FabLab. This is a great chance to explore the space and learn more about the cutting-edge equipment available.
For those interested in a hands-on experience, an exclusive pre-GMM activity will be offered from 4:30PM-6PM. Participants can create a custom tumbler or coffee mug for $10. You can bring your own artwork or create it while you are there. The FabLab typically works with Canva .png files, as well as other formats like .pdf and .jpg. They also have access to Photoshop and CorelDRAW, which allows them to convert most files or create a new design suitable for laser engraving or sublimation.
Space is limited to 10 spots, and payment is required to secure a place. To reserve a spot for the pre-GMM activity, email Kat Hyder at khyder@catchmarkit.com.
Following the meeting, join us at Liquid Assets Wine & Cocktail Bar for an Afterglow social and great conversation. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and enjoy the company of fellow community-minded individuals!
Whether you're a current member or interested in joining, we encourage you to attend, share your ideas, and be part of the positive impact we're making in the Muskegon community.
